ということで、今回はある日ポスト投函されていたSUNTORYさんからのチラシ？広告？手紙？
DHAサプリを試して見ませんか？的なアンケートに答えたところ、30日間のトライアルパウチが届きました！実際に良いサプリなのかを試すために、12月1日（金）朝に飲むことから1日目をスタートし体の変化を見ていきたいと思います。（この投稿してるの12月2日（土）の3時半…サプリ飲む前に早く寝て。）
外箱はこんな感じ（適当に写真撮りました）。
実際頂いた箱の中にはトライアルパウチの他に沢山のチラシが混入されていたのでそれを基に、今日はDHAの効果とそれが何に良いのかを簡単にまとめたいと思います。
DHAの効果
1. 血液の流れがスムーズになって中性脂肪や悪玉コレステロールを低減させてくれるから高血圧や動脈硬化などを予防してくれるらしい。
2. 脳や目とかの神経系の機能を高めてくれるらしい。
まとめると、脳と体全体の健康に良いということ！更に、摂取不足になりがちで本来は積極的に補うべき成分なんだって！（まとまってる？）他は読んでも難しいところが多かったので自分で理解できそうなところだけ記載ｗ →次回はEPAの効果だったり他のことについても紹介します。ブログを通して伝えるのが上手くなれば良いな．．．
